1. Acceptance
By using Z2Market (the “site” and “service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Using the marketplace
Buyers and sellers must comply with our policies and applicable laws. Listings must be accurate. You may not use the site for fraud, abuse, or to sell items that violate third-party rights or applicable terms (e.g. game terms of service). We can suspend or remove accounts and listings that breach these terms.
4. Payments and escrow
Payments may be held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery or the order is completed. Refunds and releases are handled according to our Refund Policy and dispute process.
5. Disputes
Disputes between buyers and sellers can be raised through the site. We may help mediate and make decisions in line with our policies. Our decisions on disputes are final to the extent allowed by law.
6. Limitation of liability
Z2Market is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from transactions between users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in fees in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. We will post the updated version on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
